Your issue is that the storage is either not seen by both the Resolve stations, or the storage path does not have the same name on both systems. A dedicated database server eliminates that issue. One Resolve station can connect to another Resolve station, if you were to run the Project Server app on that station, and set up a PostgreSQL database on it.
